Zen Lunas is our gentle, nurturing class designed for those precious early weeks, from 6 weeks to 4 months.

A beautiful journey combining gentle movement, nurturing baby massage, calming sensory experiences, relaxation and mindfulness.

Each week explores a different theme from Moonlight Calm to Twinkle Toes with our beautiful 'Moonlight Touch'. You’ll be guided through simple massage techniques with a new focus each week.

There’s no pressure to get it “right” everything is baby-led because there is no “perfect” massage. Sometimes your baby will want to join in, sometimes they’ll need a cuddle, and sometimes simply being together is enough.

Our baby massage time is about so much more than the strokes. It gives you the opportunity to pause, observe your baby’s cues and build connection through loving, responsive touch.

Baby massage can support:

• Relaxation and calm

• Bonding and connection between you and your baby

• Awareness of your baby’s cues and communication

• A soothing, nurturing bedtime or calming routine

For you, there is space to breathe, reset and feel supported, with mindfulness, relaxation and weekly affirmations woven throughout the session.

A small class of just 8 babies, creating a peaceful space where you can get to know other new parents and begin finding your village.

It will be the time in your week to slow down, breathe and connect.
